Peaceful Petals is a children’s yoga and mindfulness program that brings inclusive, engaging wellness experiences directly to summer camps, after-school programs, recreation centers, community organizations, and other child-centered spaces.

 

Our programming is thoughtfully designed for children of all abilities, with a special focus on supporting those with unique emotional, behavioral, developmental, sensory, and learning needs. Through accessible yoga movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and calming strategies, children are given opportunities to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve focus, and develop greater body awareness and emotional wellness—all in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.

 

We partner with organizations to bring customized yoga and mindfulness programming directly to their location, making it simple for camps, recreation programs, and community spaces to offer meaningful wellness experiences as part of their programming. At Peaceful Petals, yoga is about so much more than movement—it’s about helping children feel confident, connected, calm, and proud of who they are. Classes

Gentle

Gentle yoga classes focus on relaxation and flexibility. These sessions are designed to help children learn to connect with their bodies and minds through slow-paced movements and breathing exercises.

Active

Active yoga classes incorporate playful and energetic poses that engage children in fun ways. Our goal is to build strength, coordination, and confidence while emphasizing the joy of movement.

Mindful

Mindful yoga is centered around teaching children how to focus and be present. We incorporate breathing techniques and meditation practices that assist in emotional regulation and peacefulness.
